Every new toastmasters member will be assigned to a mentor. A mentor is a more experienced member, who serves as a role model in terms of how to be an active member contributing to the club. Furthermore, a mentor provides his / her mentees with advices and guidance in all kinds of areas related to their toastmasters journey and personal development.
