Please note that our regular meetings on Tuesday, 17th and 24th January 2012 will be canceled since many of our members will be gone back home for Chinese New Year. Our first meeting after Chinese New Year will be on Tuesday, 31st January 2012. COT & New Year’s Party on 7th Jan

What would be good to have during this gray and cold winter time? Getting together in a bar, ideas and experience exchange about Toastmasters, networking, different performances, gift exchange, New Year’s cake and a lot of fun… all this you can have altogether on Saturday, 7th January 2012!

On Saturday 7th January 2012, we will first hold our Club Officer Training (COT) in the morning, and then continue with our joint New Year’s Party of Nanjing Alcatel Lucent Smart Speakers, HROP and No. 1 Toastmasters Clubs.
Our Club Officer Meeting is not only for our officers, but is open for all Toastmasters members. And our joint New Year’s Party is even open for families and friends!

The Fuze Lounge

Time:
- Club Officer Training 9:45 – 12:45
. Joint New Year’s Party 13:30 – 16:30

Cost:
- No cost for Club Officer Training
- 30 RMB entrance fee for Joint New Year’s Party (2 soft drinks are included)
- All party participants shall furthermore prepare a gift of up to 20 RMB for our gift exchange

- Focus on experience exchange between the Toastmasters Clubs in area Q3 (all Nanjing clubs, Hefei, Zhenjiang)

On Saturday, 7th January, 2012, we will have two events in one day.

First, we will hold our semi-annual Club Officer Training (COT) in the morning, in which club officers of all Toastmasters Clubs in Area Q3 (all clubs in Nanjing, Hefei, Zhenjiang) will participate. But not only them, all members are welcome to join! Then in the afternoon, we will have a joint New Year’s Party with all Toastmasters Clubs based in Nanjing!

Division Contest 15th Oct 2011 in NANJING!

It is really true, our Fall 2011 Division Level Speech Contest will be held in NANJING on Saturday, 15th October 2011!!!

Opportunities are rare that we don’t need to travel to other contest locations. So don’t hesitate and come join us supporting our contestants in competing against all other clubs in Jiangsu!

KTV Club Event on Sun. 25th Sept. 2011

It was a weekend full of events. On the Saturday before (24th September 2011), five contestants participated to the Area Speech Contest in Hefei. And the day after, they are on stage again – but on the KTV stage!

After a long summer break, we have organized another club event. Members first met for KTV marathon (6 hours!), afterwards, they had dinner in an authentic Yunnan restaurant also with members of 2 other Nanjing Toastmasters Clubs. The president of the HROP TMC and the Alcatel-Lucent TMC both joined the dinner.

Area Speech Contest in Hefei on Sa. 24th Sept. 2011

On Saturday, 24th September 2011, our Fall Area Speech Contest 2011 took place in Hefei.

In total, four of our club members participated to this contest. And with much success since all four of them were amongst the winners of all three contest categories! Please join us congratulating the following winners of the contest:
